International Center for Education & Sports (ICES) has been a California Corporation since 1980 with both regular and non-profit 501(c) 3 divisions. We have grown exponentially over the years and have over 400 professional After School staff currently serving several Southern California School Districts. Our staff is our most valuable asset and we pride ourselves in having professional, enthusiastic and truly dedicated personnel throughout the organization.
Each After School program has a site director who, typically, is at his/her school for a minimum of a six hours per school day. Site directors liaise with school staff and make sure that programs run according to ICES policy, and align with school life in general. In addition to Site directors, our programs>> are continuously monitored and developed by program coordinators and consultant specialists who together ensure that the highest of standards are met.
Our employees generally come from a background in education or have a relative specialty from University. This diversity enables us to offer a very wide area of academic and sports coaching experience/expertise.
